Mock Draft 1.0: How Round 1 of the 2026 NJFFL Draft Breaks

Seven rounds, 84 selections, and a first round with lopsided ownership after the winter pick trades. Jersey City, West Hartford and Chicago do not pick in round one. Florida, Maine and Philadelphia pick twice. Here is how the board falls.

1.01 — Alaska Lookouts: Jeremiyah Love, RB, ARI. The only prospect in this class with a top-10 dynasty value (7,165). Alaska has thirteen keepers and no alpha; Love is the swing that gives them one.

1.02 — Newark Immigrants: Carnell Tate, WR, TEN. Two quarterbacks, one backfield, and the best receiver on the board still sitting there. Newark takes Tate and keeps shopping Burrow.

1.03 — Boston Alliance: Jordyn Tyson, WR, NO. Six running backs deep and a wideout short of contention. Tyson is the cleanest route runner left.

1.04 — Maine Machine: Makai Lemon, WR, PHI. Eight keepers, $9.6M of room, and the thinnest receiving corps of any contender. Lemon is the immediate slot answer.

1.05 — Florida Finatics (from Jersey City): Jadarian Price, RB, SEA. The prize of the winter trades. With Jefferson, Smith-Njigba, Waddle and Egbuka already in the building, Florida drafts the backfield instead — and takes trade-down calls until the clock hits zero.

1.06 — Philadelphia Phreaks: Kenyon Sadiq, TE, NYJ. Six total picks, so each one has to fill a hole. Tight end is the hole.

1.07 — Maine Machine: Jonah Coleman, RB, DEN. Jacobs and Dowdle are both a year from the wrong side of the age curve. Coleman is the succession plan.

1.08 — Montclair Heights Moonwalkers: KC Concepcion, WR, CLE. Jeanty and Hall are set. Concepcion sits behind McConkey and Thomas and grows into the WR2 job.

1.09 — Philadelphia Phreaks: Omar Cooper, WR, NYJ. Second first-rounder, and the Phreaks are the one team that can draft purely for 2028.

1.10 — Toledo Terriers: Nicholas Singleton, RB, TEN. Henry is 32, Barkley is 29. Toledo cannot wait another year to address it.

1.11 — Florida Finatics: Denzel Boston, WR, CLE. At $10.5M in mini-cap, Florida needs cheap contributors more than stars. Boston at 1.11 is the value pick of the round.

1.12 — Louisville Lightning: Fernando Mendoza, QB, LV. Nine picks, the most in the league, and Bijan tagged with Puka locked. Louisville can afford the quarterback swing.

Round 2 fast forward. The names most likely to go 2.01 through 2.12: Eli Stowers (TE, PHI), Chris Bell (WR, MIA), Emmett Johnson (RB, KC), Antonio Williams (WR, WAS), Germie Bernard (WR, PIT), Zachariah Branch (WR, ATL), Kaytron Allen (RB, WAS), Elijah Sarratt (WR, BAL), De'Zhaun Stribling (WR, SF), Ty Simpson (QB, LAR), Malachi Fields (WR, NYG) and Mike Washington (RB, LV).

Teams with no first-round pick: Jersey City (traded to Florida), West Hartford (traded to Philadelphia), Chicago.
