Keeper Power Rankings: All 12 Teams After Lock Day

These aren''t projections for Week 1. These are rankings of the position each team put itself in on lock day — talent kept, dollars spent, dollars left, and picks in hand.

1. Jersey City Crop Dusters. Ten keepers, $12.0M committed, $13.0M free. Jonathan Taylor ($3.2M) and Jahmyr Gibbs ($2.9M) is the best backfield in the league and Ja''Marr Chase at the $2.0M impact tag is the single best value on any list. Seven picks to spend. The most flexible team in the NJFFL.

2. Florida Finatics. Eight keepers, $10.5M mini-cap to the dollar. Achane, Smith-Njigba, Judkins on the impact tag, Jefferson at $1.1M — that last number should be illegal. They own 1.5 and 1.11, so they can add two first-rounders to a top-heavy core.

3. Boston Alliance. Nine backs and receivers, no quarterback worth mentioning after Jayden Daniels at $1.2M — which, wait, is also a steal. Kyren Williams on the impact tag, $13.0M to spend, and a QB market that just got flooded. Boston plays this perfectly or not at all.

4. Philadelphia Phreaks. Hurts at $5.0M is the most defensible franchise tag in the league given the roster around him: James Cook, DeVonta Smith, DK Metcalf, Drake London, Bucky Irving, Omarion Hampton. Only six picks, though, and $10.2M of room.

5. Louisville Lightning. Bijan is worth the tag. Puka Nacua at $2.3M and Trey McBride at $1.7M are the kind of prices that win offseasons. Nine picks — the most in the league — but only $9.8M of room to work.

6. Toledo Terriers. Derrick Henry, Saquon Barkley, Amon-Ra St. Brown on an impact tag, Brock Bowers, Malik Nabers at $0.3M. Eight keepers, $12.8M free. Age is the question; ammunition is not.

7. Montclair Heights Moonwalkers. Ashton Jeanty and Breece Hall behind a $5.0M Trevor Lawrence. Eight picks and $10.4M. Balanced, unspectacular, dangerous.

8. Newark Immigrants. Two quarterbacks — Josh Allen tagged at $5.0M, Joe Burrow kept at $1.3M — is either a luxury or a trade chip. Etienne and Swift carry the backfield. $10.7M of room.

9. West Hartford Wolverines. Eleven keepers, but Dak Prescott at $5.0M is the least exciting franchise tag on the board. Christian McCaffrey at $2.9M is the roster. Depth is real; ceiling is capped.

10. Alaska Lookouts. Thirteen names, none over $2.3M. Lamar Jackson leads a list built on volume — Chase Brown, CeeDee Lamb, Mike Evans at $0.5M, a three-man dev squad. Eight picks and $11.7M. If the young receivers hit, they leap.

11. Chicago Icemen. $18.1M committed, $6.9M of room, six picks and no first-rounder. Caleb Williams at $5.0M, TreVeyon Henderson at $1.9M, Luther Burden and Jalen Coker on the dev squad. This is a 2027 roster wearing a 2026 jersey.

12. Maine Machine. Eight keepers, $15.4M out the door, $9.6M left, and a $5.0M Justin Herbert in a market where eighteen quarterbacks just hit the auction block. Josh Jacobs, Rico Dowdle and Jaylen Warren give them a real backfield — but Maine paid the highest price for the least leverage.
